By creating an account or using InvoiceLoo ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
InvoiceLoo is an online invoice generator for freelancers. We provide tools to create, send, and manage invoices. The Service is available as a free plan and a paid Pro plan.
You are responsible for: • Keeping your account credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring the information you enter (client details, amounts, etc.) is accurate • Complying with all applicable laws regarding invoicing in your country
Free Plan: Limited to 3 invoices per month and 3 saved clients. Available indefinitely at no cost. Pro Plan: $5/month (or $4/month billed annually). Includes unlimited invoices, all templates, custom branding, recurring invoices, client portal, and more. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.We offer a 14-day refund policy for all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@invoiceloo.com.After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.
You agree NOT to use InvoiceLoo to: • Create fraudulent or misleading invoices • Invoice for illegal goods or services • Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service • Spam clients with unsolicited emails through our platform • Violate any applicable law or regulation
You own all data you enter into InvoiceLoo (invoices, client info, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Always keep backups of important invoices.
InvoiceLoo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 7 days.
We may update these terms. We will notify you via email for significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
