InvoiceLoo ("we", "us", "our") is a freelancer invoicing tool available at invoiceloo.com. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it.
We collect the following information when you use InvoiceLoo: • **Account data**: Email address, name (optional), password (hashed — never stored in plain text) • **Invoice data**: Client names, email addresses, billing amounts, line items, and payment notes you enter • **Usage data**: Pages visited, features used, browser type — collected anonymously via analytics • **Payment data**: Billing information is handled entirely by Paddle (our payment processor) — we never see or store your card details
Your data is used to: • Provide and improve the InvoiceLoo service • Send transactional emails (invoice notifications, password resets) • Respond to support requests • Improve product features based on usage patterns We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT use your data for advertising.
All data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
We use the following third-party services: • **Supabase** — Database and authentication (supabase.com) • **Paddle** — Payment processing (paddle.com) • **Resend** — Transactional email (resend.com) • **Vercel** — Hosting and deployment (vercel.com) Each service has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
We use cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
You have the right to: • **Access** your data — download all your invoices and account info from Settings • **Delete** your account — email us at privacy@invoiceloo.com and we will delete all your data within 7 days • **Export** your data — available in CSV format from your dashboard • **Correct** your data — update your profile at any time in Settings
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 7 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
InvoiceLoo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of InvoiceLoo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
